Due to my schedule, and rest days last weekend, I did Day 10 yesterday and chose to make today a rest day. Abby the labby has been so anxious lately, so I took her for a quick walk after my hair appointment (what do you think of the change?!)
I decided to add in a little ab work before teaching classes, so those circuits can be found below!!
Your mission this week is to BELIEVE!! Not only do I want you to believe in yourself, but I want you to believe in this program. You’re going to find yourself doing things you’ve never done before, and it’s not always going to be rainbows and butterflies, but I believe you can conquer each workout, master every exercise, and push yourself to find new limits.
Day 9/10 : Rest (Abs)
Warm Up – 5 minutes Stair Stepper
Circuit 1 : Repeat 3x
10 Oblique Raises, each side ; 10 Suitcase Crunches (I used 25 lb plate) ; 10 Plank Knee to Elbow, Kickthrough (5 each side)
Circuit 2 : Repeat 3x
20 Flutter Kicks (up/down) ; 20 scissor kicks (L/R) ; 10 Leg Raises (I held a 25 lb plate) ; 20 Bike Abs
