No two workouts will be the same and the time it takes to complete them is up to you. HIIT WARRIOR : 1000 REP CHALLENGE #1
Start with the Upper Body Set and move on to the Lower Body Set. Repeat 5x through to achieve 1000 Reps. Start your stopwatch and GO!
**Beginners :: Complete each block of work 2x through
