Sometimes instead of setting intervals, I just like to set my timer and GO!! Today was one of those days….5 minute body weight AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) – that you don’t even need to put shoes on for.
So today, you have no excuses….get up, join me, and feel awesome!!
Set a timer for 5 minutes and complete the following list of exercises, as many times through as you can, until time is up!
5 Plank Jack Pushups
5 Criss-Cross Tuck Jumps
10 Tuck Abs
5 Burpee Commandos
