They are challenging BUT we keep coming back for more, so they must be effective and fun too!! FUN – 3 Minute Song HIIT Workout
**Set your interval timer to (25/5) for a total of 7 rounds and join me for some fast and furious FUN!!
1. 10 High Knees, 2 Diamond Squat Jumps
2. Burpee, Pushup
3. Medicine Ball Twists
4. 3x Skaters, Tuck Jump
5. Alternating 1 Leg Pushup w/Medicine Ball
6. Criss Cross Squat Jumps
7. Plank Shoulder Taps
