Co-founders of the site are Jadah & Jen – two mothers who are passionate about health, life, and creating delicious green smoothies. What I really loved about them is that they don’t view this as a diet, but rather a lifestyle!! True that – how can you not love them already?! Packed with nutty goodness – you will get a protein boost with this yummy smoothie. Protein burns slower than carbohydrates, so adding it to smoothies helps prevent blood sugar spikes and helps with hunger pains. It’s also great if you are looking for a flat belly or building lean muscle. I am looking forward to enjoying this one after my workout later today!!
