WEEKEND WARRIOR : 1000 REP CHALLENGE #11
HAPPY EASTER WEEKEND EVERYONE! We have a lot of family activities going on this weekend so I am mixing things up a little bit for this weekend’s challenge and giving you two options:
Option 1 : Today’s challenge is a nice jog or cardio of your choice – the goal is to hit 1000 steps – let’s just say 1000 steps is a 1/2 mile! How far did you go?!
Option 2: Repeat a Weekend Warrior of your choice and let me know which one you did and why….did you beat your old score?!
I will be choosing cardio today because it’s a sunny day and Abby needs to hit the pavement (don’t be fooled, the snow is all melted, this was an older picture) – we are planning to run about 3-4 miles. After coffee of course! 🙂
