Fit for the Holidays : HIIT Workout #21
Day 21 is here!! I can’t believe this is the last day of my Fit for the Holidays daily workout! Thank you so much for joining me over the course of the past few weeks. I really hope you have enjoyed these workouts and hopefully it has become a habit. 🙂 Because it is our last day, we are increasing the time to 50 seconds and we are working hard! No excuses…this is it…we are so close and I am so proud of you for making it all the way to the end!!
Beginners: Start with one time through each video. Go for another round if you feel able!!
Advanced: Aim for 2-3x through or add on to your typical training day.

7. Squat, 2x Tricep Kickback
8. Touchdown, Pogo Jump L
9. Touchdown, Pogo Jump R
10. 5 Weighted Jacks, Push up, Plank Jacks
11. Star Jump, Tuck Jump
