Fit for the Holidays : HIIT Workout #18
This is day 18 of my Fit for the Holidays daily workout! I’m going back in the archives today and pulling out one of my favorite workouts! This isn’t a brand new workout, but it is one heck of a cardio blast and is what I am doing today for Day 18. As always, if you need to take a rest day today, please do. Listen to your body and make sure to give it the rest it needs so the muscles we are working so hard can recover.
Beginners: Start with one time through each video. Go for another round if you feel able!!
Advanced: Aim for 2-3x through or add on to your typical training day.
