Today is Day 16 of my Fit for the Holidays daily workout/Day 9 of the BodyRock Lean series.
I’m going to call today THANKFUL THURSDAY. I want you to think about three people you are thankful for. Take a moment and let them know just how much they mean to you. Our goal today is to spread some love and share a smile because smiles are contagious! We are going into today’s workout feeling good and coming out feeling great!
Beginners: Start with one time through each video. Go for another round if you feel able!
Advanced: Aim for 2-3x through or add on to your typical training day.
