Fit for the Holidays : HIIT Workout #8
Today is Day 8 of my Fit for the Holidays daily workout/Day 2 of the BodyRock Lean series. This workout is all about building strength in our lower body, legs and glutes. This video comes to you all the way from the BodyRock living room. Trust me when I say that this is a killer leg workout! Make sure you really try to push it with the weights (and know exactly how much you have in your sandbag 🙂 ) but also have some additional weights nearby if you need to drop down.
Beginners: Start with one time through each video. Go for another round if you feel able!
Advanced: Aim for 2-3x through or add on to your typical training day.
