Fit for the Holidays : HIIT Workout #4
Today is Day 4 of my Fit for the Holidays daily workout. I created this challenge in hopes that we can all stay on track….or at least balance out all the holiday goodies :). I initially intended to do 12 days, as in the 12 Days of Christmas, however, I counted it out and there are 21 days until Christmas soooooo….no excuses! We are working hard to form a habit together. Every workout will be different and will be between 12-15 minutes using primarily bodyweight and added weight where you feel comfortable. My goal is to focus on the typical problem areas, get a great workout in, and have fun!
**I’m sorry, I didn’t have time to make a video today, however, I did run with Abby. Try to make today a cardio day. Aim for 20-40 minutes of cardio of your choice. I have included a bonus below, so check that out and let me know how you did! Happy Friday everyone!! 🙂
